Job openings

Drive the growth of our dynamic, strategy and design-led consultancy!

We are looking for a smart and ambitious Business Development Manager who is excited to play a leading part in the digital revolution within finance and insurance. Located adjacent to London’s Square Mile and Fintech hub, you will sell our range of consulting-led services to corporate clients, develop relationships and grow existing accounts.

We are a can-do group of people who like to make things happen. Culture-fit is very important to us. You will need to be self-aware, a great communicator and an organiser of talent, with bundles of energy and a natural inclination to lead.

The Role

This is all about selling and shaping long-term engagements with our clients, and keeping a light but firm touch on delivery to ensure excellent relationships within healthy, growing accounts. You will be assembling a team for each sales opportunity, which is why good organisation and strong inter-personal skills are very important in this role.

The role requires a degree of structure and methodology, and clear prioritisation. You will need to be focused, have excellent judgement and a clear head for business.

As with any sales role, there is an important networking component. The Business Development Manager will be expected to attend relevant networking events and provide structured sales support to our senior team when they are leading or participating in events.

Work Experience and Education:

• 5+ years business development experience

• Proven track record of successfully selling professional services to corporate clients

• Experience in a sales role with a digital consultancy / agency is a big advantage

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required

A unique opportunity has come up to join our dynamic, growing strategy and design-led consultancy.

The Delivery Lead / Project Manager is responsible for making sure that our client projects are shaped, planned, de-risked, and run to the highest of standards – which makes it a crucial position at the centre of our operation. The role demands a combination of internal, operational leadership and hands-on project and account management working closely with clients. It’s about making people, and the entire delivery organisation, operate as effectively as possible.

We are looking for someone who is very organised, ambitious, motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment – a person of action who loves to plan, solve problems and make things happen.

This is a ‘people person’s kind of job. We need someone who gets out there, walks the floor, talks to people, brings them together. Someone who communicates naturally and well, and understands what style/method of communication to use, and when.

Because you will be running your own projects as well as guiding others to do the same, it’s important that you have solid (at least 5 years) project management experience for this role. And you will need to relish working with clients and building strong relationships. After all, this is all about delivering great work for them!

Work Experience and Education:

• 5+ years client-facing project management experience

• Ideally some operational management experience

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required
