Our team is made up of talented individuals from around the globe.

We pride ourselves on combining the best interaction and visual designers with researchers, business strategists, subject-matter experts and innovators to create ground-breaking new products for our clients.

We are always looking for remarkable people to join our team, people who are passionate about what they do!

Job openings

A unique opportunity has come up to join our dynamic, growing strategy and design-led consultancy.

The Delivery Lead / Project Manager is responsible for making sure that all of our client projects are run to the highest of standards, which makes it a crucial position at the centre of our operation. The role demands a combination of operational leadership and hands-on project and account management. It’s about making people, and the entire delivery organisation, operate as effectively as possible.

We are looking for someone who is very organised, ambitious, motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment – a person of action who loves to plan, solve problems and make things happen.

This is a ‘people person’s kind of job. We need someone who gets out there, walks the floor, talks to people, brings them together. Someone who communicates naturally and well, and understands what style/method of communication to use, and when.

Because you will be running your own projects as well as guiding others to do the same, it’s important that you have solid (at least 5 years) project management experience for this role. And you will need to relish working with clients. After all, this is all about delivering great work for them!

Work Experience and Education:

· 5+ years client-facing project management experience
· Ideally some operational management experience
· Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required

What you’ll bring
· You’ll bring a combination of integrity, passion and skill, and a desire to solve problems and make things happen;
· You are equally at ease with clients and stakeholders, running workshops, gathering requirements, iterating your ideas and designs until you have achieved a good balance between technical constraints, business requirements and user needs;
· You’ll already have experience in a fast-paced and innovative design environment and a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centred design methodologies.
· You’ll thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication;
· You are creative but also detail-oriented, and are excited by the broader business context to what you are involved in;
· You are an excellent communicator, and can clearly articulate your design decisions both verbally and in well-structured, well-presented written form;
· You can work independently and reliably.

Work Experience and Education:
· 5+ years client-facing experience creating intuitive solutions, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates the level of experience;
· Ideally some Financial sector experience e.g. banking, investment/wealth management, insurance;
